Setup - Snowboarding Forum

I'm fairly new to snowboarding, but I found a local deal for a 152 GNU carbon high beam board, Forum bindings, and 32 boots. Is this a good set up? What is a good price to settle at?

what do you want to do? whats your weight? where will you be riding? what forum binders? what year GNU CHB? what 32 boots? come matey a little more info!
