Nidecker Platinum VS. 08 Burton Custom for all Mountain?
Anyone have thoughts on the Platinum from Nidecker as far as an all mountain board vs. say a burton custom 08? Found a killer deal on backcountry outlet and they got my size but can't seem to find any reviews... site says its made for all mountain but in that over the top marketing lingo online shops use. thx!
OH YAH- one more thing does anyone know if the 08 burton malolo is really hard to ride on the groomers or not... I see tons of conflicting info around the web....not sure if its preference or what? lata. |

i ride a nidecker platinum 158 and, right now, it's my only board so that makes it my all-mountain board
 it's been a while since i've ridden a custom but i'm thinking the platinum might be a little softer than the custom. i have it paired with nidecker pro 800 bindings and i love the set-up. alasdair |
