Default Atomic Radon or Dreamraider

Hello,

I have been snowboarding for about 20 years and have decided to upgrade my equipment.

For the last 11 years I have been on a 169cm Rossignal Levitation with Burton race light plate bindings and Burton free carve boots. I recently got some Garmont Endorphin AT boots that I am going to use on the race lights.

My style is more all mountain. Back country powder, fast carving on the groomed and if there are some moguls that’s fine too. Of course being in the Pacific Northwest we get out share of wet heavy snow.

My question is this… What is the difference between the Dreamraider and the Radon? All the dimensions seem to be the same.
A friend of a friend can get a great deal on Atomic boards so I have narrowed it down to those two. I was going to stick with the 169 or 170cm length. (I am 6ft and 175)

Any input would be helpful,

Mark

Thanks for the info Snowolf. I was kind of leaning to wards the Radon anyway.I had been using the Atomic website for my comparisons and didn't notice the vertical Novice/Expert designations just the horizontal Fee style/Free ride. the Radon is sitting right where i want it to be.

Thanks again,

Mark
