old k2 illusion need new gear - Snowboarding Forum

i bought a used k2 illusion 154 cm. 2 years ago...i go snowboarding 2-4 times a year, and it has been doing me fine..I am 16 years old..5'11'' 130 lbs, is this board too small? I want to keep this board for now and was wondering if I could get any information on it..it is red with a "super hero ish" type guy on it..I was wondering if this is a good board for me to continue using, as i usually just go down big mountains, and hit little jumps and grinds. I would like to step up my game this year in the terrain park and try some new things...Would this board be good for this or no?

I would like to purchase new bindings and boots for this year. I am looking to spend around 300 for both combined. I have crap bindings, and crap vans boots, and want boots and bindings that will be easier, and less time consuming, and be overall pretty nice.

any help?

That board should be fine, what boot size do you wear? I forgot exactly how big "generally" your feet can be before you look at wide boards..i think around US 12 or higher? Someone else will have to chime in..

I'm getting boot size US 11.
