Ok my standard ride this year is a 158 NS SL-R. I rode it 2 days this past week(first of the season for me) and its amazing. It holds everything I can throw at it.
I am basically a freerider, the point down the mountain hit every jump on the way down type of rider, the faster I go the better I like it. Now however I will be waiting for a friend a lot (whos learning this year) so I figure its a great chance to hone my rather lacking freestyle skills. I am about 200 pounds but I want something easy to use and fairly light that I can whip around all day. Suggestions welcome.

200 pounds is a lot for a softer jib board to handle but I would recommend either the Ride DH or the K2 darkstar. Both are light, flexible, and would handle your weight in the 155-157 range. The best part is they will both ride well all over the mountain but have a good mellow sidecut you'll like in the park.
