New Board Help

I am looking for a new board and need some help.

i weigh 220
Size 13 shoes
I like to hit the powder as well as a good amount of parks

I am looking to get a new board plus bindings and boots as well. Looking for some good deals not to expensive. I am from california and am going to be probably going to college in reno. Probably gonna be riding powder and parks so just let me know maybe a good brand or type of board to buy.
