I have Burton boots and bindings, I am thinking about getting some Flow bindings. Will my Burton boots fit good in Flow bindings or will Flow boots fit better or it dont matter!

Boots and bindings are all interchangeable.

do you mean they are all compatible???

most boots and bindings are compatible, not all though. especially when it comes to flows. chances are that they will work fine though

flow boots are supposed to be matched perfectly with there bindings, is it necessary to wear flow boots with flow bindings? not at all.

Sorry. For the most part, you will be ok. I don't care for all the "Flow boots and bindings are perfectly matched so you have to buy them together" stuff. Of course it is a good idea to buy bindings and boots from the same maker, but you don't have to unless it specifically says it won't work with a certain other piece.
