Who makes water proof sweatshirts or thin jackets

One of my friend got a jackie or sweater that was waterproof and was not really thick for boarding. I am having a hard time finding out who makes it.

i was at a local store a few months ago and almost got something like that. It was basically a hoodie but waterproof and a bit warmer. Burton was the brand. They look cool and were called dry ride. Only prob was that there really expensive.

Special blend makes all of their stuff waterproof and really light.

ok those jacket are called soft shell jackets. Im looking for a hoodie with power shirt. anyone see any nice lookiing ones?
