I put these on my feet and had to buy them. No pressure points, no heel lift, far more comfortable than they should be. Everything is double stitched. Comfortable yet super stiff, who would have thought it possible.
Funny, I always thought Northwave was a 'cheap' brand, but this boot looks to be of higher quality than any other boots I've seen out there. I'm hoping they last. |

northwave makes some quality product and had a pretty big share of the market about 8-10 years ago. since that time a combination of not maintaining their team ( via scoping new talent to replace vets ) and the fact that most board companies now have boots as well his seen them fall off into the outer reaches of mainstream boarding. drake ( their sister company ) seems to be making headway again signing some young talent so who knows maybe n/w can make a comeback as well.

I had a pair of Northwave Legend boots which serve me about 3 years without any problems. Northwave make a quality boots form leather, no nylon-plastic material shits and this made them much weighty than most of other brands but also made them much durable, so you made a good choice.
