Are these boards worth $55??? LOL

Hey Guys and Gals,
My friend and his g/f are looking for boards. They are pretty much first timers and I found (what I think) is a good deal for 2 boards.
One is a 163 Morrow for my friend and the other is a smaller Lib Tech for his g/f.
The guy is willing to take $55 for both, do you guys think its worth the money?
Here is a pic of the boards.. (The top is the Morrow and the bottom white one is the Lib Tech)

Thanks in advance,
Yev

P.S. what should I be looking for when I go take a look at them tomorrow?

Check for damage, like big gaps on the bottom where wax goes to see if it has to be repaired, worst case requiring a base weld. Check the edges to make sure there is still metal there in a straight line down the board and it's not f'd up.

Lastly, inquire on what year they are and why he wants to get rid of them and listen for any disruptions in what he says to see if he's genuine, trying to rip you off, or sell boards he stole (not trying to get you paranoid, just don't be naive)

Thanks for the info, man! I'll keep a close eye on the things you mentioned and see what his story is.
