Beginner Board, Giant Boot Size

Well I've received the task of picking out a board for my little cousins who started boarding this year. The only problem is his size 15 boot... Price range is somewhere around $300. I'm a little hesitant to give suggestions without running it through some of you guys first. He's about 6'1" and 185lbs

These are the boards I've been looking at him for him right now..

Capita Stairmaster Wide
K2 Anagram Wide

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I know that Rome makes great boards, but I've heard good things about the Stairmaster, too. I think you'd be safe with either of those.
