Nitro Misfit 08 vs Ride Society 08

I got to decide fast between two boards from 2008. What would you choose between a 158 cm Nitro Misfit and a 160 cm Ride Society and why? I want the board for allaround freesyle.

I'm 160 pounds, 180 cm so I guess the boards have the right length for me.

Society cause of the slimewalls, stuffs the shiznat. At your weight though, I'd look more at a 157 than a 160 for all freestyle.

Both similar boards but the misfit takes the nod. It's a little stiffer so it will handle a lot more. The misfits are one of the best high end freestyle boards on the market. It's super light, responsive, great pop, stability...its such a good board. The only reason I dont have one is because I can't get a 26 inch stance on it.

Are you a giant of some sort? Nitro sketches me out cause a buddy shattered a sidewall on his brand new team. Got it fixed and shattered it again. He hasn't hit any rocks, rails, or trees on that edge. And Nitro said it was "impact damage" so they wont warranty it. That wont happen with slimewalls.
