I've spent alot of time looking for a snowboard for myself and decided on the Gnu CHB. My brother on the other hand hasn't even started looking and we want to get our snowboards before or as close to christmas as possible. Mine will arrive on time if nothing goes wrong but we'll have to order his board soon if he wants it on christmas.
So, my board cost $210 and he is looking for a board around the same price or cheaper but not the same board I have. He wants an all-mountain and will be doing slopes and powder riding almost all or all the time. Any suggestions on some boards to get me looking in the right direction? Also, he is 5'9 130 lbs. with 9-9.5 boot size and if the area of riding matters we go boarding in Washington and Oregon. He is a beginner, only gone twice but wants a board that will still be awesome at the intermediate level. Would an all-mountain board for his size be like 151-153? Thanks for all answers ![]() I just looked at the Nitro Revolt and was wondering if that board is any good? Last edited by Sean; 12-13-2008 at 07:03 PM. |

You're (he's) in luck!
Still some O-matic Borons left at 148 or 151! $120! 151 would be better for pow.
