Angry Women's size 5.5 E (yes.. E)

Hey everyone.. I'm a 29 year old female with really wide feet and almost flat feet. I have been snowboarding for almost 17 years and I can honestly say I have never had a snowboard boot that's fits properly. My feet are a size 5.5 E. When I buy regular shoes I normally buy a wide width women's size 7 (which is usually a C or D width). The problem is that when a boot comes in wide width it's still not wide enough so I end up buying boots that at too big. For the last 3 years I've been riding in Men's size 7 burton boots (which are equal to a women's 8). Does anyone know of a brand that sells boots in widths like A, B, C, D, E, EE? Boots that say "wide" are just not wide enough. I would probably need a 6D or 5.5 E. Please help! I can't go on like this haha.

Comparable question was asked here with at least one women's boot being recommended http://www.snowboardingforum.com/boo...guys-boot.html

Good luck!

What and why you ride it now.
Your going up in size of boot to gain the width.....
For every half size you go up in a boot, you will gain one size in width.
Let's say the average ladies boot width is around a B width. (fancy shoes are a A or less width).

5.5 size foot with a E width...
you're going to go up 1 and half sizes to get the width you need.

So, what do you do???
First you need to find someone to make a custom footbed from a ski or snowboard shop. With a custom footbed your foot will be a "true" 5 D.
Then with some custom heating and boot work you could get into a 6.
