My right boa boot keep getting loose

It still works, but just not as tight as before on the calf.
is it relate to the cable? but I don't have extra cable. even I have I don't know how to change.

wondering what should I do. any advice? thanks.

All boa products have lifetime guarantees. Go to their website and order yourself a new knob/mechanism/thing. It will be free when you add it to your cart. Order couple extra cables etc while you're at it.

Thank you so much! I didn't know that. As I ordered mine from amazon for cheap years ago...so didn't expect much, but I guess I will also have the guarantees?

so you think it's a knob problem? so I suppose there are video on youtube that show you how to replace knob and cable to.

I have no idea what the problem is but it might be that the mechanism is slipping. Eventually the springs will wear down and lose their holding power. So I'm guessing it probably the knob.

You you dont need a receipt or anything. Just enter your boot model.

Make sure to look at your boots closely and pic the right parts. They have a lot of different models.

When I used Boa I took the parts to my local shop when it was quiet. Its actually pretty simple if you have the patience. Everything comes with instructions.
