Issue with 2013 Diodes and or Driver X

I bought my 2013 Diodes and Driver X's at the end of November 2013.

Had 17 sessions with them, so far.

The side of the Left Diode seems to be cutting through the left inside side of my boot.

Upon inspecting the side of the Diode, there doesn't seem to be any issue or difference between any of the other sides of either left or right binding.

Anybody have a similar experience?

In case anybody is curious about the boots, I sent them in to rider services and Burton is giving me a new pair of Driver X.

I didn't bother sending in my Diode since there isn't any noticeable issue. I'm simply putting a piece of black gorilla tape over the edge so it isn't as sharp.

sounds like a win to me.

I find the edges on my diodes are pretty sharp, and they were chewing up a friend of mine's boots (rulers), when he was test driving them. Havent had this with my boots (ions).

Nice that they took care of you. I'd give your ghetto fab solution a fairly decent chance of being successful.
