Sample boots

Is it safe to use sample boots?

The shop sales man said there shouldn't be any problem.

But the tag of the boots say that this is a sample boot and cannot be warrantable for any faults, etc etc.

It's being sold for a good price, and seem to fit me well.

What are your thoughts on this?

It's just a sample/demo piece usually given to the reps for show. It's perfectly fine to use. Sue the shop that sold them to you in you break your ankle.

So the build and materials used should be the same as the retail version?

I wouldn't like to break my ankle again :[

Everything should be close if not the same. Usually with samples sizing tends to be the only problem.

A shop sold you a pair of sample boots? What boots are they?

I clock 200 days a year on sample boots. You're fine.
