Default 2014 K2 Sendit Boots

I'm want to pick a pair of 2014 K2 Sendit BOA Boots. Few reviews say lacing gets loose quite often. Has anybody had any personal experience with those boots?

It's a basic low end single BOA. Get to a shop and get fitted.

What would be the alternative to this boot?

Is that true you have to tighten them often?

It's one dial for the whole length of the boot. As you flex the boot over and over the cable tension get's distributed throughout the whole boot where as you first tighten it the tautness is primarily focused around the top. So as the bottom gets tighter, the top gets looser. The BOA dials don't slip. If they do, get it replaced.

If you're going for BOA, I would suggest finding a dual BOA boot. I just picked up a pair of 32 Binary Boa after having a fast track lacing boot for a couple of seasons. The fast track is good, easy to tighten, stays nice and snug, no issues. It's just a bit of a pain to adjust on the go with the little tabs you have to open and having to pull on the laces. It's really just me being nit picky at that point, but when it's cold, I'd prefer to keep my gloves on.
