Jbars causing pressure

Hi All -
Im working with a pair of DC Mora boots that fit PERFECTLY everywhere except on the right foot, the JBars are causing a lot of pressure just under my ankle bone. On the left foot, the J bars feel like a nice hug, but the right feels like a vice grip. I was wondering if anyone knew of any tricks I could try to alleviate this? Ive done all the typical tamping my heel and foot down into the boot in effort to make it sit at the right spot and feel like they would be fine if I could fix this one problem.

I have a SUPER small foot (street shoe size 4.5 ladies, Moras in a 5), so Im really excited to find boots that actually fit the rest of my foot. Id like to make them work if I can so I dont have to go back to a junior size boot. Junior boots just arent supportive enough.

Thanks all for your help in advance.
