Burton Boots bye, K2 Hello. - Snowboarding Forum

I have had a pair of Burton Moto Boots. They fit great and felt fine. They have done awesome for me this season... EXCEPT the left bootexploded. Lol... it looks like the part where you pull on the string to make the boot tight tore away from the boot.

Soooo to make a long story short, Dicks Sporting Goods did not have any more in my size and and switched for the K2 transit boa. I'm going again tomorrow for my 7th day in a row. I will be sure to let everyone know how they worked.

*shutter* the moto's make me cringe just thinking about wearing them.

I have never seen a Dick's sporting goods stocked with any good gear.. Do you have a Erik's Bike Shop in the area? If so go there instead, at least they have some good stuff.

I do not have an Erik's Bike Shop. The K2 Boas seem to do fine. They actually feel a lot better.
