just got a new pair of 32 Prion's. they fit well, got for cheap and havent been worn yet. but now im wondering if i should return them for a boa boot like the 32 focus or something from salomon. i just started boarding so just a solid all around boot is all i need. nothing dedicated for the park or anything. would i be better off just using the cheaper Prion's now until ive got more time under my belt or are the high end boa's worth the cash even for a beginner?

Dont sweat it. Boas arent high end. Its just a little technology that makes lacing super fast. Thats its only purpose. An actual "better" or "higher-end" boot will have more support for your feet along with more comfort and better profiling. A "high-end" boot is around 300+, but nobody buys them because your typical ambitious boarder will use 180-250$ boots that work just as well. If not, then better.
