I bought some boots for my girlfriend at a local shop last year. She liked everything about the boots except the heel liners, she said it was pinching her heel. The sales dude told her that it the boots need to be broken in and that after about 3-4 times it should mold into your feet.

Well after about 10 times of riding, the heel liners are still bothering her. Can I ask the manufacturer to send new liners? Has anybody else had problems like this before?

Do the liners have j-bars?

Chances are likely that the boots just aren't shaped right for her and your kinda screwed...

If they liners are heat moldable you could try that also.
