Default Yes another ordering boots online question

K, Ive been to all the stores in my town and havent found anything. I wear a size 12 shoe normally. Tried on burton size 12 and fit perfect but didnt like the boot. DC size 12 was too small. There were no other sizes that would fit my feet :-( Found a pair of Fourm boots online but they only have 11.5, how do forum boots run compared to Burtons? Would a 12 in forum boots be comparable to Burtons?

Thanks

They may or may not run similar. However, that is not the point because a minor design difference could mean a super comfy fit or pressure points from hell. If you haven't tried on the boot, don't order it online blindly.

Buy without trying at your peril! I have done it a couple of times & failed. Never again.

Caution!

Even if Forum and Burton are now the same company, there is no standard sizing system among the boots. I found that the Burton Ions fit differently than say the SLX, Ozones, Rulers, etc., and would fluctuate around a half size depending on the model of the boot.

I think most people bash burton for being overly expensive... not necessarily cheap and crap (except for low end models)

i dunno ask them. my first board was a forum and the fact that burton owned the company helped me sway my decision to get it. i love my burton pants and socks. im not a burton hater i just dont buy much of their stuff. i think other companies make boards that are just as good and cheaper. capitaaaaah!
