can they be saved?

alright so as i just got laid off, and love these boots to death. So rather than just replacing them, which really isnt an option anyways, i wanted to know if there was any way to repair the heel laces? They ripped out from the bottom of the boot, so rather than holding my heel down, down its just pulling it to the back now, if that makes sense..

Also the outter shell around the toe is seperated from the outsole, is there any thing i could do to try and fix that?

Just really looking for temp fixes here, just to get me through until i can get a new pair, which will likely be later rather than sooner lol

Some pictures would help.

As far as I know, it's pretty difficult to repair boots...
