Boots too tight?

Hey, every time I go snowboarding, both my feet start hurting after, well, 10 minutes of snowboarding, on both sides below fingers. Now, my feet are relatively wide I believe (I have problem finding shoes that would not be too tight there). I have had myself one pair of boots, which were good in vertical size, but were too tight and never loosened up. I have tried multiple rental boots, however these were just as hurtful. Also, the real pain kicks in when I go up on an escalator (or what's it called). I can feel my blood going into feet as I pull them out.

How can I find boots that would fit me and not hurt my feet? Are there boots which may be adjustable this way? Maybe there are procedures which may loosen up boots at that spot?

Love snowboarding, hate the pain.
Thanks
