I bought a pair of 09/10 Lashed Black/White/Black boots at the beginning of this season. I rode two days and the sole completely separated from the rest of the boot. I contacted 32 about them being covered under warranty and they said to send them in. I shipped them out and they received the boots on 1/27/10. I did not hear anything from 32 until today(2/8). They offered me various 08/09 boots that they had in my size for an exchange.
This is unbelievable. I payed for this seasons boots...is it wrong to expect the same in return? I tried them on in the shop and chose them because they fit my foot perfectly. Why would I accept a diff boot that may fit like crap and is of lesser value...haha. I've been riding for over twelve years and have never encountered a warranty issue in the industry being handled like this.
Any insight from your experiences with this company will help out alot. Thanks for looking!!
