so im going on a trip next weekend and need to buy boots like today and dont have time to make it to the store to try them on. i went a last weekend and when i went to rent my boots i was told to get them half a size bigger and they fit. are all boots like this? i wear a 9.5 and got a 10 and they fit perfect. any suggestions other than to go to a store and try them on?

I actually like to size down in my boots because you have to figure in the volume you'll lose as the liner packs out. I'm an 11 on the scale and ride a 10. It's tight at first but after 7-10 days riding it's perfect.

i just bought some gear! it was super cheap. i got a pair of salomon boots for 50 bucks and GNU bindings for 50 bucks. |
