I just got my new boots in today (Burton Rulers) and they feel fine, but my right foot isn't feeling like my left foot. My left feels fine, but my right feels like it's being squeezed on the bottom of my foot. What could cause this? They both feel how they should in width and length. Could it be an arch problem?

Boots are as tight as they'll ever be when they're new. They'll pack out with time, which can be good and bad. Good because it conforms to your feet, bad because you might eventually start noticing some play (especially heel lift) that slows board response/performance. I had some major heel lift until I started storing my extra layers and a dictionary in there, which mostly fixed it.
