any boots with laces on liner?

are there any womens boots with a normal lacing system on their liner instead of the normal quick tightening system?

Saw a vid today showcasing Rome's new lace "technology". The inner lacing and outer lacing work together somehow. If I can find it, I'll post it later.

The new Rome system is not good in my opinion. It doesn't lace enough of the liner and it kind of hard to work (I guess if you are not used to it). We'll see how it does when it hits the market next year...

oxi, are you saying you want the laces on the liner (as opposed to a heel harness)? Or are you just looking for somehting that you would tie (as opposed to a slide lock, quick cinch, etc.)? There is nothing that I am aware of that ties (like a shoe/the shell of the boot), but Nike boots all have a shoe lace for the liner with a quick slide latch that I am shure you could break off and then tie them using the nice puff shoe lace that is on the liner.

Yeah, I'm not certain it'd work very well either, but it seemed to be what OP was looking for. Couldn't find the video again either.

i've seen the rome boots video before, but not quite what i'm lookin form. the gf can't seem to pull that quick lacing thing most liners have tight enough and wants one that she can tie instead. thanks for the replies anyway! i'm thinkin a boa liner wud be the next best thing.
