My foot is slightly above a size 7. I get a 7.5 size boot and it stretches out on me. I tried a size 7 and it crunched my toes lol. can a heat moldable liner stretch out to my foot? or mold to it?

Yeah just mold the bigger foot with a toe cap on it and you'll get what you need from it.
