Default Boots for the large calfed man?

I have large calfs. 16" around at the top of my liner with a 1/2" heeled foot bed in my 09 Ride Anthems. This causes some problems. The boot doesn't close around my 10-10.5 average foot correctly. I get too much forward lean and that causes the tongue to be in a weird shape. Any suggestions on fixing this?

I have big calfs as well, top of my calfs are 15". I usually have problems with regular snow boots and snowboard boots, the last pair I had seem to accommodate my calfs really well however. Unless they have changed their design alott, try out some 32 Prions, they worked really well for my big calfs and flat-ass flintstone feet.
