dc allegiance problem

first of all... hello everyone

i bought my allegiance boots i believe 2 years ago and i really love them. the boa is great and i love how comfortable and stiff they are, the liners are awesome, and they are pretty rugged. like i said the boots are 2 seasons old but they really didnt get a whole lot of use (i would assume enough to get them broken in though)... unfortunately life happened and i havent been riding as often as i would like but it looks like this winter is going to be more free for me so i would like get some opinions on what i should do. my problem is that i find these boots extremely difficult and painful to put on especially when they are cold and they werent like that when i first got them. it takes me about twice as long to put on my boots as it should and it leaves my ankle soar and weak. and also the pump in one of the liners doesnt work.

the boots still look and feel brand new so as you can imagine replacing them wouldnt be my first choice

what should i do?

If its painful get new boots. Spending the extra money would be well worth not having to deal with pain, especially if your going to be riding a lot this season.

Pick up some last season boots from a website with a lenient return policy like backcountry so that if they don't fit or feel uncomfortable you can send them back without a problem.
