Hi all
So last season was my first time snowboarding and I had terrible problems with my feet hurting like crazy, mainly the balls of feet and my toes going numb. I have read the similar post about foot pain but just wanted to start my own so as not to hijack that thread . So here is what I have now. Vans Hi-Standard stock with no customization. I wear orthotics for my regular shoes and have ordered a pair for my boots this year so that will make some difference but at the same time the pain is not in the arch where it normally is when I don't wear my orthotics in my tennis shoes. Can the pain be from a boot that flexes too much? I am looking at the ride insano boots I tried on some other ride boots last night and they felt OK but they did not have the insano for me to try. I purchased new ride bindings towards end of last season and that did not make any difference, trying the toe strap as a cap style so little to no pressure on toes etc. On the fit of new boots they should be pretty tight but not uncomfortable right? My toes should touch end of liners but not curl? should there be any sideways movement around toes? Any ideas welcome Last edited by zaskar23; 11-11-2010 at 09:11 AM. |
