multiple boots

i was curious if it is common to have multiple pairs of boots, say a stiff pair and a flexier or soft pair.

I have soft pair of DCs for park (standard laces), and stiff 32s for all mountain (BOA lacing).

if you got several boards, each with its own flex pattern, i would recommend getting matching boots.

I do. I have a pair of Jeremy Jones (softer and lace-up) I wear when practicing presses, ollies, riding switch, etc. on my 159 deuce. I wear my Vans Cirros (pretty stiff dual Boa) when I ride my 164 CX.

As for the topic, I have two pairs of boots: one beater set for park days (32 Lashed), and a stiff set for freeride days (Vans Cirro).

Well if I had the extra money, I would definitely have two pairs of boots for different styles of riding.
