Boots with half a size difference
Hi folks, hope everyone is having a good season so far. My question has to do with snowboard boots I bought recently. They are Northwave Freedom SL's and they have half a size difference between them. Meaning one boot size is an 8 while the other one is an 8.5. The store associate explained to me it may have been a "manufacturer" labeling error or they may have sold the other pair accidentally. He also assured me that it would not be a big deal if there was a half size gap.
I did try them out in the store and both felt great on my feet! I even tried snowboarding with them and have absolutely no complaints. So overall my question is: "does it generally matter if snowboard boot sizes are mismatched by half a size?".
Thanks for all your help folks, stay safe!
