Hey, since last year when i bought my new board boots and bindings i have experienced pain in the arch of my feet. I am wearing forum boots(cant remember which kind) with burton custom est bindings, on the burton dominant board. When i where my boots and walk they feel fine, but after im on my board for maybe an hour i get a pain in the arches of both my feet, more so in my front foot.
is this from my bindings not fitting right? (angle or tightness?)
do i need to put in supports under the arch?
or is it from my board hanging of my foot while on the lift?
It sounds like it could be a number of different things. Do you have high arches? Flat feet?
You might just benefit from getting some custom insoles. If you go to your local shop, they should probably be able to steer you in the right direction of which insole would be best for your feet.
