Burton Raptors? Rulers? Help ASAP!!! - Snowboarding Forum

Just went to ski pro today tried on a pair of Burton raptors ($170.00). The Size 9 fit amazingly, but I did not like the single pull quick lace system. I definitely like the double pull to adjust around the leg and around the top of the foot separately. How are the rulers compared to raptors? Burton lists them as a flex rating 6 opposed to a 5 for raptors. I like boots on the stiffer side.

these are 2011 raptors. And retail price of 2011 Raptors were 270 and retail of 2012 raptors are 240. Are the 2011 better?

I'm considering ambush and Imperials as well now. Do they fit about the same as the raptors?
