Foot pain... top of the foot?
I think i came to the conclusion that the way i tie up my boot is what is causing the problem. Yesterday within the first couple of minutes riding down, i had terrible pain on my front foot (left), i can say the pain is on the top side of my foot, above the 5th toe. at first i thought it was my binding stance so i adjusted that. It might have relieved some pain, or it was all in my head.
Then i decided to retie my boot. before tieing the laces, i pulled up on the tongue. This helped the most, but the pain is still somewhat there. Maybe its from the previous pressure still acting on my foot, or the boot/binding is still working against me.
I ended up buying an insole from sports authority (sof sole). at the store i found im flatfooted which i never knew before since i never had foot pain before boarding. I have yet to try it out.
For those who had top of the foot pain, did you figure out if its more of the boot? the binding? angle stance?
