I know some

I know they are Burton Driver Men's boots.

I just don't see any on the internet with what you see (in the attached photo) on the bottom/sole of the boots.

What are those yellow ovals w/the screws for?

Can these boots be used on modern boards?

What kind of board bindings are required to use these boots?

Please forgive my ignorance.

You don't need bindings. Those little screws are counter sunk & go through the board & into the boot.

Yes, most definitely.

It should read something like this...

I know very little about snowboarding. But have a pair of Drivers.
