really need help/advice for foot pain
i experience alot of pain on the outside of my leading foot, a little after i strap in or during my first runs. I have to stop, or even take my boot off a few times to rest before my foot is all sweet for the rest of the day.
Ive tried loosening my boot and bindings, wear the thinnest socks etc etc but i cant seem to figure out a cure for the cramp-like pain i receive.
I know custom footbeds could be a good option, but i want some feedback if anyone had the same experience. My feet are kind of flat, which im wondering if im leaning too much pressure on the outside of my foot, against the boot and binding which is causing the pain.
any help greatly appreciated
ive gotten that too.. after awhile does it subside? for me it was just my boot being too tight. you said you tried that so maybe you just have a bad fitting boot.
