Default WTB: Used Women's intermediate board

Looking to buy a board for my girlfriend who is starting to pick up snowboarding pretty quickly. I do not want to get her a beginner board because I know she will advance into a more of an intermediate rider rather quickly now that she has gone about 10 times or so now. She ranges from 130-140lbs and is about 5'7". Probably something with medium flex, all-mountain board, something she can just cruise on.

Not looking to spend a whole lot which is why I want to buy used. Let me know what you have. Thanks

She's gonna dump you for the first dude who can buy her new equipment. Spend the extra $100! Just kidding of course. Kinda.

Just teasing, but in reality you can perhaps score some after season 2013/14 new stuff for not much and in some cases cheaper than what people want for used. People can be pretty nuts on what they think their used gear is actually worth. The sweet spot I think was a week or so ago, prices are up a bit with 2015 stuff coming out now. But I bet you can find a decent starter setup still if hit google hard.

Also, in the Sept time frame you'll start to see a lot of swap meets at some of the local areas. Always a good place to look.

Yea, some really try to exploit clueless noobs. Just came accross a hit, an add for a board described as "great for beginners, good pow board" for 200$.

Be carefull buying used. If you find something you like, check here if it's worth it if you're unsure.

Yeah I hear ya. I think I could probably make out a really bad deal if I had to. It it's questionable, I'll post it up. The roxy emenence board posted above might be a little big, but $150 for it plus bindings seems like a decent deal.
