Post pics dudes. - Snowboarding Forum

I know im fairly new to this forum but why do so many people post f/s stuff WITHOUT PICS. Im on many other forums and you get flamed for no pics. And im sure youd get your stuff sold a lot quicker with pics of item/condition anyway. I dont get it

/rant.

is anyone else with me?

usually the members that have been around for a while will post pics and a lot of info. the twats with one post will not post pics and give you an email address to contact them cause they obviously wont be back.

Not only that... when you actually sell your item, please close the thread or at least indicate that the item is no longer available in the title. This would help from having to click through postings only to find that the board/binding/whatever is already sold.

Taking the time to post pics is time consuming--especially for how much $$ you make on your garbage. Its much easier to create a photobucket account and then link to that.
If people cant link over to it, well, then they dont deserve a deal do they?

well if people did at least that it wouldnt be a problem. but people are trying to sell a board and dont post a pic. Now when you click on the thread youre expecting at least a link TO A pic.

im brand new to the forum and have no idea how to post pics. i have 2 boards for sale and i only know how to send pics via email. can someone tell me how to post pics? thanks

put the photo up on a site like TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting, it will then give you the forum code to that photo...

the code looks like [img]LOCATIONOFPHOTO.COM/fsgsdgsdfs[/img]

Pics should be a requirement. To give people some leeway, maybe like no pics within a day of posting will result in the thread getting deleted.

I agree. On other forums I'm on, the requirements are pics, price and contact info. If any of those required items are missing, the thread is locked and the OP needs to contact an admin to re-open the thread so s/he can post the missing info.
