Free to a good home: 2006 Burton T6 164w

Any interest in a 2006 Burton T6 164w? It's in good shape and is still an absolute blast to ride. My wife is making me thin the herd, so, though it breaks my heart, it's time to part with it.

It's a great board (stiff, aggressive, camber, 26 cm waist...what's not to love?) and still has years of life left in it. I don't really care too much about cash, I just want to see it go to a nice home. Cover the shipping from the Yukon and it's yours. I'd like to ship within Canada, ideally, but whatever.

I can post some pics tomorrow if need be, but fuck it for now, I'm off to bed.

Cheers.

I've thought about it, but at the end of the day I've had it for ten years and don't really feel I need to get anything out of it. I may end up posting it on the local FB bike/snowboard/ski buy and sell, but I want to give people here a shot at it first. Honestly, I'd rather give it to someone who will shred it hard for free than sell it for 50 bucks to someone who may never actually ride it.

hey alonzo, havent been able to access my account and unable to make a new account while outside the US. I know you were expecting a message from me about a week ago, so if you dont have the board i understand, but if you do, then if you could shoot me an email quinn . merrell @ me . com (no spaces of course) that would be fantastic. Thanks!!

So much for somebody that is going to be able to rip on it... Not telling you who/how to give your stuff away, but probably should have made a minimum post count prerequisite to receiving it. That way you know it goes to a good home to an avid boarder and not someone that will message for it because they were trolling the internet and came across this thread on a google search to snag up some free shit.

Nah, was talking to the OP. Referencing you? Yeah. And yeah, I noticed your new account to replace the account you also just made this year. Don't care if you asked either, just throwing out an opinion/advice to the OP. Now quit puffing your little chest and strutting around.

You're a douche who's just salty. I just learned to snowboard because I just fixed a back problem last year. My brother has been riding forever and is always looking for new boards for his quiver. So don't tell me to stop strutting around and puffing my chest out because I'm not. I haven't don't anythjng to you so I expect you to not say anything to me.

Hahaha. A+ for trolling.

I still have the board and will straighten everything out now.

One thing I should have mentioned, being a 2006, it has an old Burton 3D insert pattern, which will require a 3D compatible disk. Not a big deal, I mounted up my Now Drives several times this year with no issues, but worth mentioning, as I am not familiar with all companies' disk set-ups.
