wtb: beginner setup for teen/child

hi,
i'm trying to see if it's possible to put together a setup (board, bindings, boots) for my cousin for under $100. After being sick for over 3 years, she had major surgery about 6 months ago, and now can actually live a normal life of an 18 yo and be active. I took her boarding yesterday for the first time, and she did awesome and loves it. she's a natural. I'd love to get her a setup for her birthday, as well as an all-around 'congrats on being healthy' gift. doesn't have to be flashy, just needs something to get miles on... here's her stats, and what she was given for a rental:

just under 5 ft tall: was given 130 board
size 6 foot: was given size 5 burton boots, which fit fine.

I know this is a long shot, appreciate you reading this. thanks!

I've got a 5150 and a Morrow board for sale, both 138 with Morrow bindings, and if I can find the boots, then I think I also have size 6 or 7 boots I can include for $100.
Let me know if you're interested, congrats on her recovery.

thats really awesome! great for her recovery/boarding, but if you want a new setup you are probably looking for $250 minimum.
here is a list of womens snowboard packages from an awesome shop:
Save on Snowboard - Boot - Binding Packages - Women's Package Snowboarding Gear

also check local shops. there you can find stuff from last season for about 70% off. the choices are limited by now, but its still good.

check the forum. i know someone here (lilfoot, maybe?) was selling a neversummer womens board a while ago. i think she still has it. im a guy, so i would wait until a chick posts here with the board suggestions because i have no clue how womens boards are sized...

@thugit, thanks for the offer! she is such a tiny thing though, I really want to stick as close to 130cm as possible, since she seemed really comfortable with that size..
@spaz- def looking for a used setup, i prob should have said that. I"ll see if I can find lilfoot's post. thanks to you both!

found a board!

hey guys,
just wanted to give you an update (for those who care) that I found a board for my cousin- and oddly enough it was right up the street from me. It's a used O'Sin with burton bindings. For $50 I'm not complaining.. I have my eye on a pair of boots on ebay (i know, i know buying boots online is not recommended but I can return them if they don't fit) that will be about $40 with shipping, so I met my goal of staying under $100. Can't wait to give her her "new" board and boots!
