Well it sold for $377 on eBay so I'm guessing the former. I feel your pain @crosscourt. Selling bigger items on eBay is a nightmare. Repeatedly had fools bid on an item and the ask if I could deliver it when I clearly stated collection only.
Again. I don't think anyone is attacking you or your rep. We're just curious about a couple of things and, thus far, the answers have been pretty vague. You say you couldn't get the price you wanted, but the eBay post is marked "sold". Not "ended" or "cancelled" but "sold". Kinda makes sense that we would ask a question based on that. If the answer is "eBay just marks all finished auctions (sold or not) as sold" then we would have an answer and could move on but instead its just defensive responses. Others have stated that this is a forum for a bunch of nerds who analyze, buy, sell and trade toys made for large children (at heart...of course). Children are a curious lot. Humor us.
I don't doubt that you have 2 boards. What I'm claiming is that you definitely need more than 1 - it's a running joke on here as most of us have way more gear than is sensible.
Simple. I couldn't set a minimum price because of my rank so i had to get a second account to set a bid. Don't flame me on this too...
