WTB - Board, Bindings, Boots - 6'6 240 size 14

I'm a beginner.. from what I've come across, looks like I need somewhere around a 168cm board for all-mountain. If you have something you're looking to sell and you think it would be right for me, let me know about it! All opinions appreciated!

u do need wide, but u dont necessarily need to get that long of a board- especially as a beginner. Closer to 160

Whenever I've rented anywhere, or asked for sizing advice, I've always been told somewhere around 168. What makes you say different?

Not saying anybody is right or wrong.. just looking for opinions. I'd rather buy a board I could grow in to as a higher intermediate than buy one as a beginner and have to upgrade.. make sense?

someone on here was offering up a 164 Capita Charlie Slasher. More of a pow board but for a reasonable price like 250 i think.

And I thought I saw a 167/168 something floating around here, too. Recently, like as in "today"... oops, just found that thread and looked like you called dibs on it. Nice!
