WTB: 162+ wide powder board

Hey all, I'm hoping someone has something they want to let go real cheap (sub $150?) for me to turn into a splitboard..Doesn't have to be a powder specific board, but would prefer. I know someone has something floating around they want to sell!

hmmm. I've got an 04/05 NS Legacy, 163 wide. Do you think that would work for you?

I am hesitant to part with it, because I've ridden this board everywhere and it's kinda sentimental, but I'll think about it and maybe I could make an exception for someone who is going to give her a second life as a splitboard.

Wow man, I'd be honored to split such a nice board..I'm hoping to pick up a NS for my 'everyday' board for next season too. I'm in no rush, if you want to wait a few weeks to decide that's cool, I'm moving in a week or two also, so it would be easier for me too. How's the condition of the board? What were you thinking for a price?

yeah, give me some time to think about it. If no one else offers anything up, send me a PM after your move. I'll try to snap some pics later today. If I decide to let it go, I think $120 shipped to Continental US would be good.

Overall the board is in good condition. I would guess it has between 50-75 days on the slopes - i never kept track of my # days until this year, and I know I only put 8 days on the NS this year, the rest on the Machete and the X8. I do not think I rode more than 20 days in any of the previous 4 winters that I owned it.

The edges still in great shape, I haven't ridden any board that can brake as hard and quickly as this one which is why it's been my "go to" board for glades.

It's been well-maintained, waxed, tuned, etc. - never been park "de-tuned". No core shots, a few smallish gouges that have been repaird on the base. Top sheet in good condition except for the normal wear and tear, no delam. The area underneath where the bindings mount is heavily worn, as you might imagine, on a 5 year old board...

sounds good man, pics would be awesome. Just trying to do some research online, but can't find anything, is that a camber or reverse camber board? Just curious.

Camber. NS didn't come out with any R/C tech until last season I think.

I uploaded some pics to Flickr
