Best time to buy? - Snowboarding Forum

Hi,

When are the best months to buy gear? I see alot of 40% off action around the net. But i've seen or heard that it gets as low as 70-80%
What about the shops and stores? What months are the real "get rid of everything old" sales?

Any insight welcome.

imo you missed out on the best time to buy 2010 stuff. Sooo I'd say now is the best time. Really cause most things have sold out and I really don't think you can get better deals then some of the stuff out there right now.

It depends what you want, over produced goods like burton naturally come up cheap due to the fact that everybody who actually wants the stuff already has it, the rest they have to basically give it away. (Insert sierra story here). If the goods you want are rare or popular sizes you have already left it way too late, basically every second you wait your choices become less and the price aint gonna get any cheaper (if you know where to shop)
