Default WTB: cheap beginner 135-140 board

My friend really wants to get into the sport and she has a tight budget. Just helping her out.

how tall is she?
i have a 144 morrow wildflower that was my beginner board. and i'm 5'0.
i have bindings and boots too.. if she needs/wants a full setup.
