Wtb Park All mtn board
I'm 5-8 165. Looking for a rocker or hybrid rocker park board that I can take on the groomers in the Midwest. Maybe 153-156. Its gotta be under 200$. Don't know if there's anything out there at that price but I figured I'll try.
Boards like Captia Horror or Indoor FK, NS Evo-R Circuit, ride crush machete kink, alot of the Rome boards. Also where can I find used or highly dicounted boards. The only thing ive seen is eBay geartrade and the odat sites. |
evogear.com has a used section i've seen some pretty respectable looking shred sticks there for reasonable prices.

Ebay
I think eBay will still be hard to beat. Look for auctions that start at a low price and end on a weekday. I have a NIB Sierra reverse crew that is a Burton custom relabeled, but it'd the $250 to part with it. I like buying premium boards from the previous year that are slightly used. Buying in April looking for the same serves me well too.

But otherwise I agree buying boards that are slightly used is a great way to get the most bang for your buck. Late-season sales, or even snapping things up over the summer/off-season you can often find good prices. |
Yeah I checked out evo, they got a few things nothing I'm really looking for. I stayed glued to eBay
Can u tell me a bit what that Sierra crew rides like. Scratch that, just read again and u never used it. |
my friend Brad got a sierra reverse crew in April and he's got like 3 days on it this year I was meaning to take it for a few turns last week but never got around to it. FWIW he likes it, but he's coming off a circa 2001 K2 Fat Bob so his frame of reference is warped enough that he'd probably like just about any new snowboard. I'd ask him for input but he doesn't really ride enough to give a meaningful review; although I know the reverse camber did take him about a day to get comfortable on.
